Reservations: must be made in advance and accompanied by a $500 non-refundable deposit for Class B, Travel Trailers and Toy Haulers and $1000 for Class A and Class C’s. In the event of a cancellation, we will credit you the full amount paid for up to one year to apply on another rental. To make a reservation, view our Rentals page and find the RV you want to rent. Then view the calendar to make sure your dates are available. Last step book it and pay the deposit. It’s that easy.
Renters and drivers must be at least 25 years old.
Insurance: must be verified or purchased prior to the RV leaving our premises. Renters must provide a binder from your personal insurance company or purchase a binder through our third party company.
Rental Damage Deposits: are required for all rentals. $500 for Class B and Travel Trailers and $1000 for Class A and C RV’s.
Full Payment: for all rentals is required 30 days prior to departure. To pay your balance, please contact us and we will send you a final balance and invoice.
Picking up your rental: Please allow yourself and hour to go through the check-out process on the first day of rental. This allows a full orientation of all aspects of the RV you have selected.
Returning your rental: We will need time to check your motor home back in, so allow 30 minutes or longer. While we do a complete walk-through of your Rental upon return, we have a 5-day “post rental” detailed inspection that is complete to ensure there are no issues with the Rental following your rental period. After we have completely checked in the coach, we will return (within 14 days) you your damage deposit refund (less any adjustments for damages, if applicable).
Renting a motor home is fun and easy. If you would like to schedule a walk through before your rental date, we highly recommend you do so at your convenience.
